Design · Renovation · Maintenance
Renovate smart. Live well.
Three generations of Singapore craftsmanship, now caring for your home. We restore what still works, replace only what doesn't, and use only genuine materials, so every dollar you spend goes into a home that lasts.
Our promise
A beautiful home shouldn't cost more than it needs to.
Before we suggest anything new, we check what can be repaired, re-varnished or refurbished. Old doesn't mean useless. Often a cabinet, a door or a feature wall only needs the right hands to look and work like new.
Save before you spend
Old but still good? We refurbish, re-varnish and make good instead of tearing it out.
Built to last
Durable, reliable workmanship with no cosmetic shortcuts that fail after a year.
Genuine materials only
What we quote is exactly what we install. You get full value for every dollar.
One person responsible
Our founder visits your home, prepares your quote and oversees the job until handover.
Experienced craftsmen
Every job is handled by carefully chosen, skilled and hard-working tradesmen.
No spending for show
We design for how you live, not for empty decoration. Want something grand? We'll make it stunning.

Our story
Three generations. One standard.
"TM" stands for Tian Ming, my father's company. Our family has been building, painting and finishing Singapore properties for over four decades.
Ng Cheng Chiang Sub-Contractor
My grandfather's firm, trusted by many of Singapore's big builders and developers. It's where our family learned to build a property from the ground up.
Tian Ming Decoration
My father, Ng Jak Ming, built Tian Ming into a respected name for spray painting, furniture varnishing and building façade painting, later taking on contracts for hotels, horse-racing facilities and banks.
TM Decor Care SG
I grew up among paint tins and job sites, then went on to oversee hotel construction in Singapore. TM Decor Care brings that experience to your home: the best quality at the fairest possible quotation.
"My father taught me that a job is only finished when it lasts, and that a customer's money should be respected like your own. TM Decor Care carries his name and his standards."Eddy Ng (黄永裕), Founder
